Welcome my fellow Arteplesians. The vision I have for Quixotic is simple: to provide a magical wonderworld as a background, for my own art events as well as for others who would like to use the space for their adventures. Quixotic IS.... an oasis of dreams beneath the bustling metropolis of Dallas created to promote the arts and inspire the creative soul in an extraordinary atmosphere. Quixotic IS....... an art forest, a theatre jungle, a poetry desert, a music ocean, which took me 10 years to create and design, 2 1/2 years to build and 7 1/2 years to think about it while submerged in various subconscious states.
The design of Quixotic was a grand endeavor/bloodletting. I've put everything I have into it. Now I only long for my guests to be awestruck as they enter and tour the underground art palace. Inside its red walls lies endless possibilities. Through art, music, film, dance, theatre, performance, poetry, and fashion comes joy , beauty, madness, experience, transcendence.
My mission is also to entertain, give a good feeling of postive energy and a sense of childlike mischievous adventure to those who walk through the gates of Quixotic. I seek to gather all dreamers, and rescue any long forgotten and misguided pure souls. Here, I ask you to remember what true joy was, which is connecting with another human being.
Mission
Namas'te ( the divinity in me greets the divinity in you),
